The Boulder County Public Health Water Quality Program is actively engaged with Boulder County residents and stakeholders on a wide range of issues, including:

- Wastewater treatment

Partners
The Keep It Clean Partnership (KICP) consortium focuses on a cooperative watershed-based approach to stormwater management.
The Boulder Area Sustainability Information Network (BASIN) is a historic collection of environmental information.
The Boulder Creek Watershed Initiative was a non-profit organization dedicated to informing the community about water resources and issues that affect the health of Boulder Creek Watershed. The group is no longer active.
The Fourmile Creek is a non-profit watershed coalition that serves Fourmile Creek, Gold Run, and numerous smaller tributaries.
The Saint Vrain Creek Coalition is a non-profit mission to implement the Saint Vrain Creek Master Plan and pursue recovery from flood impacts, resiliency to natural hazards, and protection of the natural character and multiple uses of the Saint Vrain watershed through broad stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
