What is a Diabetes Prevention class like?
Classes are forming all the time! Locations are throughout Boulder County.

You will be with a trained and supportive coach and a group of people — just like you– who have pre-diabetes. There is a lot to cover, so this is a year-long commitment. We meet weekly for 16 weeks and then then monthly for the rest of the year. Classes are one hour.

Cost? Some insurance, including Medicare, covers the cost. We have various funding, so it is best to call to see if you qualify.

3. If you are Low Risk:

We provide a lot of support to Boulder County older adults with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, pain. We also help older adults prevent falls. Nutrition counseling is available at no cost.
