Eldorado Springs Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 25th at 2:00 PM at the Eldorado Springs Wastewater Treatment Facility, located at 83 Barber Ln, Eldorado Springs, CO 80025. The purpose of the Pre-Proposal Meeting is to present the project scope, budget, and schedule, and to answer questions from interested parties. A site visit of the WWTF will follow the Pre-Proposal Meeting. Proposals from companies not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting will not be accepted.

Boulder County Public Works is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide preconstruction and construction services for improvements to the Eldorado Springs Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project includes improvements necessary to increase system reliability, improve operational efficiency, and support continued compliance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) wastewater treatment requirements. The selected CMAR will collaborate with Boulder County and JVA Consulting Engineers during final design, provide constructability review and value engineering, develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and construct the improvements while maintaining facility operations.
