Boulder County Human Services (BCHS) seeks qualified vendors who can provide therapeutic services to children, youth, parents and families who are referred by BCHS and who are involved with Human Services and/or the IMPACT Partnership. BCHS and the IMPACT Partnership work together to build healthy, resilient communities by connecting assessments of social determinants of health with the delivery of human services. Our goal is to strengthen individuals and families, uphold dignity, and create sustainable solutions for complex challenges. We use evidence-based, research-supported therapeutic practices to improve outcomes. We center racial equity because race remains the strongest predictor of disparities in the United States. In 2018, Boulder County made transformational racial equity a strategic priority. Our vision is a government free from systemic racism and all forms of oppression—where diverse racial, cultural, and economic groups share power and fully participate in shaping policies and practices.
