Boulder County, Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience (OSCAR) seeks a consultant to conduct environmental review activities to support the reviews, documentation, and submission required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), in support of the installation of public-accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure funded by Boulder County’s federal grant for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This type of work is anticipated to qualify as a NEPA Categorical Exclusion.
