Boulder County Community Planning and Permitting is requesting for the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to authorize abatement of the ZON-22-0177 violation at 1561 S Foothills Dr, B8, Boulder CO 80303, consisting of rubbish, including plastic milk crates, flowerpots, wheelbarrows, dollies, plastic buckets, metal racks, metal trellises in disrepair, watering cans, tarps, household items, building materials, containers, barrels, discarded household items, an unpermitted storage tent and shed, and general debris. The property owner Kathleen Martindale. The subject property is located at 1561 S Foothills Hwy, B8, Boulder CO 80303 in the Manufactured Home zoning district, in Section 21. Township 1S, Range 70.
