Appeal of Director’s Termination of Nonconforming Use under Article 4-1003.H of the Boulder County Land Use Code. This appeal is heard by the BOCC. The appeal is submitted by Colorado Milling Company, LLC and Ben Langenfeld (appellants/owners) and Ed Byrne (agent). The property is located in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 9523 Sunshine Canyon Drive, in Section 12, Township 1N, Range 72W.
Public testimony will be taken.
