Program Summary: | Join Boulder County Parks & Open Space Plant Ecologists for a showing of the Native Seed Film produced by the Society for Ecological Restoration! This beautiful film explains the need for local (ecotypic) native seed for use in ecological restoration — locally and globally — and explains everything from planning a seed collection, to collecting, to large-scale grow out operations to using the seed on the landscape and all the steps in between. This film is educational, enjoyable and inspiring! We’ll provide popcorn and drinks to share! Come on out for movie night at Parks! Doors open at 5:30 p.m., movie begins at 6 p.m. |
