Appeal of Director’s Determination of SPR-23-0030 for construction of a 200-square-foot addition to an existing 4,869-square-foot residence on a 2.94-acre-parcel where the presumptive size maximum is 4,302 square feet. The Determination is appealed by Erin Stadler and Jesse Riley (applicants/property owners) and Michelle W. Lee (agent). Property is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 12084 Twilight Street, Lot 3 Whittington Estates, Section 29, Township 3N, Range 70W.
