EZ BP (Easy Building Permits)

EZ BP’s (easy building permits) are residential building permits that can be applied for that do not require plans for submittal. Online applications for EZ BP Building Permits are now available at www.boco.org/CPP-application-submittal

EZ BP Qualifying Permits

    • Gas lines
    • Mobile home park setups
    • Re-roofs
    • Siding
    • Stoves
    • Water heaters, boilers, and evaporative coolers
    • Windows (must also submit B22 Window and Door Replacement Submittal Form)
