1. Referral
   Sign Colors for BMO Bank at 97 2nd Avenue
   Request: Approval of proposed colors for a sign permit at 97 2nd Avenue that are not pre-approved in the Niwot Rural Community District I under the Land Use Code Per Article 4-116A.E.8 of the Land Use Code.
   Applicant: The application is submitted by Carissa Shafer c/o Pioneer Bank of Longmont.
   Location: The subject property is in the Niwot Rural Community District I (NRCD I) and Rural Residential (RR) zoning districts at 97 2nd Avenue, on the southwest corner of the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Murray Street, in Section 25, Township 2N, Range 70W of the 6th Principal Meridian.

The Niwot Design Review Committee acts as a referral agency for proposals within the Niwot Rural Community District I (NRCD I). The committee does not have legal authority to grant Certificates of Appropriateness. However, the Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) shall consider the committee’s recommendation as well as other public testimony in decisions pertaining to the historic district.
