Little Raven Acquisition (Staff Presenter: Tina Burghardt)
Boulder County proposes to acquire fee title to approximately 10.35 acres owned by Little Raven House LLC for $55,000. The property has an address of 0 Peak to Peak Highway and is located southeast of Brainard Lake about one-half mile from Left Hand Reservoir Road. Staff supports this acquisition. ACTION REQUESTED: Approval

Western Mobile-2023 Transfer of Management (Staff Presenter: Don Durso)
Boulder County Public Works has asked Parks & Open Space to transfer management of approximately 0.046 acres of the Western Mobile open space property to Public Works for road right-of-way. The Western Mobile property is located on the north side of Hygiene Road across the street from the Foothills Reservoir. These 0.046 acres are currently under the management of the Boulder County Parks & Open Space department and would be transferred to the Boulder County Public Works department for road improvements necessary to meet county standards at the curve that exists at the Foothills Reservoir. Staff supports this transfer of management. ACTION REQUESTED: Approval
