Subdivision Exemption Request to recognize 795 Newland Court as a legal building lot eligible for permitting. The application is submitted by Sophie & Blake Kenney (applicants/property owners). The subject property is in the Estate Residential (ER) zoning district at 795 Newland Court, accessed via a private drive that intersects Baseline Road .05 miles east of the intersection of Baseline Road and Lakeview Drive, in Section 35, Township 1N, Range 70W.
