Subdivision Exemption Request to recognize the parcel located at 7475 Nelson Road as a legal building lot. The proposal is submitted by Virginia Jones (applicant/property owner) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 7475 Nelson Road, accessed via a driveway located approximately .1 miles west of the intersection of Nelson Road and N. 75th Street, in Section 12, Township 2N, Range 70W.
