The proposal is submitted by Thomas Family Trust (trustees Scott and Susan Thomas) and B&R Consultants LLC, c/o Blayne Rawsky (applicants/owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 6907 & 6897 Marshall Drive, approximately 1.84 miles east of the intersection of Marshall Road and Cherryvale Road, in Section 14, Township 1S, Range 70W.
