Subdivision Exemption Request to modify conditions of approval found in Resolution 2019-16 and Resolution 2021-44 to replace the required Conservation Easement with Restrictive Covenants, increase the allowable animal units on 12006 Wasatch Road from 100 to 124, and remove the designation of the allowed residential unit as accessory to the established agricultural use. The proposal is submitted by Miguel Cerceda c/o North Wasatch Farm LLC (applicant/owner) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 12006 Wasatch Road on the south side of Wasatch Road, approximately 0.67 mile east from its intersection with N 116th Street, in Section 12, Township 3N, Range 69W.
