Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket SE-22-0009: KOCH Building Lot Recognition
A Subdivision Exemption request to recognize an existing 0.33-acre parcel as a legal building lot. The proposal is submitted by Diane K. Koch (applicant/owner) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 154 Olde Carter Lake Road (parcel no. 158136100030), located south of State Highway 72, approximately 0.2 miles south of the intersection of State Highway 72 and Olde Carter Lake Road, in Section 36, Township 1S, Range 71W.
