The proposal is submitted by Brian & Emily Gebhardt (applicants/property owners) and is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 3369 and 3561 Sunshine Canyon Drive, located approximately 800 feet north of the intersection of Leonards Road and Model T Road in Sections 15 and 22, Township 1N, Range 71W.
