Parks and Open Space Department: Liley, Roberts (Simi), Thompson (Tommy) – 2026 Xcel Easement Takings (for 120th Street Shoulder Reconstruction); Xcel proposes to acquire three permanent non-exclusive easements over approximately 1.38 acres of the Liley, Robets (Simi), and Thompson (Tommy) open space properties for the relocation of its utility poles and lines. The Properties are located along the east and west sides of 120th Street, along Dillon Road.
