Zero Waste Coupon for Businesses

The City of Longmont and Boulder County are committed to helping commercial businesses and multifamily properties in Longmont have financial assistance to help with compliance of Longmont’s Universal Recycling Ordinance and Waste Diversion Goals. Valid for businesses that commit to 1-year of NEW recycling and/or composting services within the first 1-year of signing up for those services. Each business located within Longmont city limits that registers with a participating, licensed service provider for NEW commercial recycling or composting pickup services will receive a $650 instant rebate towards such services by submitting the zero waste coupon directly to the participating service provider ($500 funded by the City; $150 funded by the County).

These Longmont specific recycling Zero Waste Coupons are available one time only, on a first come, first serve basis until funds run out.

Commercial businesses that receive these funds must be a part of the Longmont Sustainable Business Program (SBP). If businesses are not already a part of this program, they will be required to sign up to join. This is a free program with the purpose of supporting and recognizing businesses in the community making substantial efforts to reduce their environmental impact, act socially responsible, and contribute to the economic vitality of Longmont. Each business located within Louisville city limits that registers with a participating service provider for NEW commercial recycling or composting pickup services will receive a $1,150 instant rebate towards such services by submitting a rebate coupon directly to the participating service provider ($1,000 funded by the City; $150 funded by the County). Businesses may apply for the Zero Waste Coupon within 1-year of signing up for recycling and/or composting services. These Zero Waste Business coupons are available one time only, on a first come, first serve basis until funds run out.
