Communications
The Boulder County Communications team is made up of communication professionals who share information about county services, programs, and events.
They reach residents, businesses, visitors, and employees through:
- County websites (internal and external)
- Social media
- Newsletters
- News releases
- County events and activities
Access
Language Access
The Language Access team provides translation (written) and interpretation (spoken) services. These services help county employees communicate with community members in the language they need.
Digital Accessibility Compliance
The Digital Accessibility team makes sure online content can be used by people with disabilities. They work to ensure everyone can find, access, and use digital information and resources.
ADA Accommodations
The ADA Accommodations team helps people request accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accommodations are changes or supports that help people with disabilities access county programs, activities, services, websites, and jobs.
This team supports both the public and county employees.
