Nurse-Family Partnership Program

The Nurse-Family Partnership Program is a home visiting program for families during their first pregnancy and throughout the first two years of their children’s lives.

Eligibility

Individuals expecting their first baby or whose first child is less than one month old and are impacted by economic inequity.

Many working families qualify. Individuals who participate in other programs, such as food stamps, Medicaid, WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), may automatically be eligible.

Nurse-Family Partnership & Citizenship Status

Nurse-Family Partnership does not ask about citizenship status and NFP cannot track the citizenship status of its clients. If you have questions, please send us a question.
