Free Homebuyer Education Classes

Ready to buy a home? A free homebuyer education class can help you prepare with confidence.

These free classes are offered in English and Spanish and are approved by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Community Resource Housing Development Corporation (CRHDC) hosts the classes in partnership with Boulder County Housing Authority.

The full-day class walks you through each step of buying a home. You’ll learn what to expect, how to get ready, and how to make smart choices.
