Boulder County Cultural Council (BCCC)

The Boulder County Cultural Council makes allocation recommendations to the Boulder County Commissioners regarding the yearly distribution for the county’s Tier III portion of the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) sales tax.
