Members of the public can sign up to speak in advance or on the day of public comment. Public comment is taken in-person (in the hearing room) or virtually via Zoom. \n\nCheck the Commissioners’ Advance Agenda to confirm meeting date one week prior to regularly scheduled date.\nReserve a speaking spot using the either the “In Person” or “Virtual Attendee” link on the Commissioners’ Advance Agenda.\nDay of Public Comment: Visit the Open Meeting Portal to find the link to join (or sign up to speak) virtually.\n\nEach speaker (up to 10 people) will be able to give public comment to the commissioners for three minutes each.
