Structure fire on private property damages garage

Boulder County, Colo. - On Sunday, March 19, 2017 at approximately 4:50pm, the Boulder County Regional Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call of a structure fire in the 7100 block of South Boulder Road, Boulder County, CO. The reporting party stated flames and smoke were visible from a detached garage located on the property. Once alerted, homeowners began trying to extinguish flames with a water hose.

Members from the Louisville Fire Department, Rocky Mountain Fire Protection District, Boulder Rural Fire Protection District, Lafayette Fire Department, Louisville Police Department, Boulder Police Department and Boulder County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to the fire.
