Robbery in the 1600 Block of Coalton Road, Town of Superior

Armed Robbery

Boulder County, Colo. - On January 9, 2017 at approximately 7:46 pm a male party described as a Hispanic male entered a retail store in the 1600 block of Coalton Road, in the Town of Superior, Boulder County. Once inside, the male confronted the clerk and demanded money. The suspect threatened he had a weapon but a weapon was not seen or displayed.

The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and left the business getting into a vehicle parked nearby and drove away. The vehicle is described as a dark colored "rounded" sedan with tinted windows. The vehicle was being driven by second involved person.

At this time the Boulder County Sheriff's Office is continuing our investigation into the incident and following up on leads.

The case number associated with this investigation is 17-152.
