reentry

The Reentry Initiative is recruiting board candidates interested and passionate about reentry. This project aims to support previously incarcerated women transitioning into society.

Previous board experience isn’t necessary and a desire and willingness to jump right in and learn is appreciated. Experience from the corporate sector, fundraising, media or in the criminal justice/corrections is also helpful. They are also seeking people from the African American and Latino communities to join the board.

hope

Harvest of Hope Pantry is a Boulder food pantry serving
Boulder families and individuals in need of food aid, both those with kitchens
and those without. They are seeking board members who can understand the challenges clients experience as well as bring a unique and culturally diverse
perspective.

Board meetings are the 4th Wednesday of each month and are held from 6:30-8pm in
Boulder. Board members are required to make a donation which is personally
significant, and are only permitted two board meeting absences. Participation
through conference call is permitted. Prospective board members are required to
meet with the ED and fill out a board application. They are also required to be
involved as a volunteer prior to coming on board, either as a committee
volunteer (Programs, Development, Events) or an on-site volunteer. For more information, please contact: Heather Pollock at heather@hopepantry.org.
