Pella Crossing Open Space to re-open on Wednesday, April 12

Grand Reopening Celebration set for 4 p.m.

Boulder County, Colo. - Pella Crossing Open Space, located just west of Longmont, will reopen to the public following a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Boulder County Commissioners and Parks & Open Space staff on Wednesday, April 12, at 4 p.m.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the ceremony. A guided hike will follow the ribbon-cutting.

Pella Crossing was severely damaged during the 2013 Flood. Reconstruction projects included repairing the breaches between the ponds, rebuilding the trails, and restoring the trailhead. Details about the reconstruction will be provided at the ceremony.
