Paving is approaching the James Canyon/Lefthand Canyon intersection. Expect long delays starting this afternoon (Sept. 7) and tomorrow (all day) as crews work their way through the area. School buses and emergency vehicles will be allowed through the zone. Other travelers will be allowed through as space allows. Alternate routes are advised.
