Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County Parks & Open Space is looking for volunteers to be Cultural Program Educators who will lead programs at the Agricultural Heritage Center, as well as local schools, senior centers, and community centers.

This volunteer opportunity offers a variety of ways to contribute to the cultural history program including: develop and present story time activity sessions and traveling trunk programs, lead hands-on activities for young children, and lead crafts—typically period-appropriate to historical time frames.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 14 years old (volunteers under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult during training and volunteer shifts)
• Comfortable speaking to a range of ages and audiences
• Must have personal transportation
• Pass criminal background check
