The Parks & Open Space Advisory Committee will hold their annual retreat virtually on Saturday, March 6, at 8:30 a.m.

The public is invited to watch the meeting live on YouTube after the Executive Session at approximately 9:15 a.m. Since this is not a regular meeting, public comments will not be accepted.

Agenda Items

Real Estate Priorities Executive Session: This session will not be aired because it will involve confidential real estate matters and negotiations relating to potential open space acquisitions.

Cultural Responsiveness & Inclusion Strategic Plan: Session will also include time to discuss engagement of Native American Veterans at Southdown Indian Mountain.

Vision 2025 and Strategic Planning: Staff will provide an update on the goals, objectives, and performance measures of the multiple-year vision framework.

Strategies for Addressing Growth in Demand: Planning for increased visitor use and parking issues again this year during COVID-19 and long range.
