Old St. Vrain Road & Bridge flood recovery public meeting March 16

Public feedback on preliminary plans will be collected

Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder
County and its consultants will provide information and collect feedback at a
public meeting regarding preliminary designs of permanent repairs to Old St.
Vrain Road and the replacement for the washed out bridge over South St. Vrain
Creek. All are welcome to attend.

Wednesday, March 16
5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Rogers Hall
410 High Street in Lyons, CO

Current
designs, which are at the preliminary/30% phase, will be presented and staff
will be on hand to answer questions, listen to comments and collect feedback. Plans
are available on the
project website.

After
the meeting, public input will be incorporated into the plans, if applicable,
and the designs will be refined by the engineering team. Construction is
anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2017.

Members
of the public do not need to attend the meeting to submit input. Meeting
materials, including the preliminary plans, are available on the
project website. For those unable
to attend, the county encourages them to comment by:

guarantee their consideration for this phase of design.
