Boulder County – Monday, October 31 is the last day for a voter to
register or change their voter mailing address and still receive a ballot in
the mail. If making changes online, this can be done at www.GoVoteColorado.com until just
before midnight on Monday. After
October 31, a person can still register and vote in the General Election (see voter
registration requirements), but they will need to visit a Voter Service
Center in person in order to request a ballot.

For
those interested in how elections and ballot processing works, Boulder
County Clerk and Recorder Hillary Hall will host an elections open house /
ballot processing tours on Wednesday, November 2 and Monday, November 7, at the
Elections Division Ballot Processing Center. Visitors will be able to observe workers processing
ballots for the Tuesday, November 8 General Election. No RSVP needed.

For voters interested in voting in-person or needing a
replacement ballot over the weekend, our Voter Service Centers are open
Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Locations are included in a voter’s mail ballot
packet or can be found
online.

Finally, a few important reminders:

1) If a
voter would like to vote for a write-in candidate, the vote will only be counted
if it is for an officially certified write-in candidate. Certified
write-in candidates are included in the compiled ballot
content posted online.

2) Voters
must remember to sign their ballot envelope or their ballot may not be counted.

3) Only one ballot can be returned in a ballot envelope. If more
than one ballot is included, neither ballot is counted.
