Lafayette office of the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder opens recorded document public search desk
The Lafayette branch now has a public work station set-up to allow viewing and printing of recorded documents
Boulder County, Colo. - Beginning this week, the Lafayette branch has a public work station set-up to allow members of the public to research, view and print real estate documents, marriage licenses, and all clerk and recorder – recording division recorded public documents (standard print fees apply).
“While this service is already available in the Boulder and Longmont offices of the Clerk & Recorder, this addition in Lafayette allows east county residents a closer location to view and print documents, a service we have wanted to add for some time,” stated Hillary Hall, Boulder County Clerk & Recorder.
The Lafayette branch of the Clerk & Recorder is located at 1376 Miners Drive (map)
Other recording services available at this Clerk and Recorder office include the issuing of marriage and civil union licenses and drop-off services for documents that need to be recorded. Documents dropped off in Lafayette are then processed and recorded in the main office in Boulder, and then mailed back to the original filer.
