Kids Gone Fishing Clinic this Sunday, July 23

A few spots left for kids 5 to 15 who have never fished before

Boulder County, Colo. - Kids Gone Fishing Clinic hosted by Boulder County Parks & Open Space will take place this Sunday, July 23. The clinic is for kids between the ages of 5 and 15 who have never fished before and want to learn how.

Participants go through stations to learn about casting, baiting a hook, and fish handling, and then get to practice their new skills while fishing.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This free event takes place from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Cattail Pond at the Boulder County Fairgrounds.

There is limited space for these clinics so reservations are required. When you sign up, you may choose a time slot to arrive at the pond (based on availability). To sign up go to www.BoulderCountyOpenSpace.org/register or contact Michelle Marotti.
