Boulder County is updating the Comprehensive Plan which is a document to help shape land use and policy decisions impacting the county’s future. The last time Solid Waste was addressed as an element of this plan was in 1987. This project seeks to create a useful and dynamic set of elements that will help inform a forward-thinking guidance document which complements the Boulder County Zero Waste Action Plan and other related documents.
The current Boulder County Comprehensive Plan can be found online at bouldercounty.gov/property/build/pages/bccp.aspx
