An emergency waterline repair has Jay Road down to one lane from just west of 51st Street to CO Highway 119/Diagonal. Traffic control personnel are being used to move traffic around the work zone one direction at a time, which is causing travel delays in the area. There is currently no estimated time for when this work may be completed, but crews are optimistic both lanes will be reopened before tomorrow's morning rush hour.
