Community Meeting for Left Hand Creek Restoration on April 19

Boulder County, Colo. - As part of the overall Lefhand Canyon Drive reconstruction
project, Central Federal Lands (CFL) will be completing a restoration project
on portions of Left Hand Creek. Once the restoration project is complete,
Boulder County will implement a revegetation project along Left Hand Creek.

Boulder County and CFL are sponsoring a community meeting on
Tuesday, April 19. CFL’s consultant, Biohabitats, will share updates on the
design process and describe unique creek values that they are meant to protect.
The anticipated construction timeframe will also be discussed.

What: Left Hand Creek Restoration Community Meeting

When: Tuesday, April 19, 5:30- 7:30 p.m.

Where: Altona Grange, 9386 N 39th Street, Longmont

The public meeting will include a presentation, a question
and answer session, and an open house for viewing future restoration locations.
