Wednesday, Jan. 3 deadline to sign up for Audience Comments at COGCC Flowline Rulemaking

Jan. 8-9 COGCC Flowline Rulemaking Hearing will be held at University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs

Boulder County, Colo. - In response to the Firestone explosion and tragedy, the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) is conducting a Rulemaking on their new/revised Flowline regulations. The hearing for this rulemaking will be on Jan. 8-9, 2018. (view agenda)

Today, Wednesday, January 3 by 5 p.m. is the deadline to sign up for Audience Comments at the Jan. 8-9 COGCC Flowline Rulemaking hearing.

To sign up for public comment, individuals need to email COGCC Hearings and Regulatory Affairs Manager Julie Prine at Julie.Prine@state.co.us

The Jan. 8-9 Flowline Rulemaking Hearing will be held at:
