Residents and contractors are advised that the office will be closed on Friday after 1 p.m., and reopened for business at 8 a.m. on Monday

On Friday, Dec. 16, the Boulder County Land Use Department office will close at 1 p.m. for an off-site staff event. The office, located at 2045 13th St. in downtown Boulder, will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday and resume normal hours of operation.

Onsite services, including plan review and building permit-issuance, will not be available after 1 p.m. on Dec. 16. We advise those who require building permit or land use planning services to visit the Land Use office before closing time.
