Boulder County Files Motion to Dismiss State of Colorado’s Complaint (Oil & Gas Moratorium)


Boulder County, Colo. - The Boulder County Attorney's Office has filed a Motion to Dismiss the State of Colorado’s Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief with the 20th Judicial District Court in Boulder.

A copy of the motion is posted on the Oil & Gas website.

Also available on the website is the staff's draft oil and gas regulations packet that has been prepared for the 2 p.m. public hearing on Tuesday, March 14. The draft includes responses to comments and direction given by the County Commissioners at a public hearing last November.

Members of the public are invited to attend the March 14 public hearing to speak in person, or comments may be sent by email to: oilgascomment@bouldercounty.org.
