Area Agency on Aging Hosts Conference about Aging in Place on Oct. 30
Boulder County, Colo. - On Friday, Oct. 30,
Boulder County’s Area Agency on Aging will host the Create Our Future Together Conference based on the theme of “Aging
in Community.” The conference is designed for community leaders, decision
makers, business professionals, academics, advocates, and anyone from the
public interested in and engaged with healthy aging and aging issues.
What: Create Our Future Together Conference
When: Friday, Oct. 30 from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Where: Plaza Conference Center, 1900 Ken Pratt
Blvd, Longmont
Cost: Under 60 - $50 or
Over 60 (and college students) - $20

By 2040, more than a
quarter of Boulder County’s population will be over the age of 60. There is a
growing local network of professionals and advocates in business and government
that serve the aging population in the county.
