A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held promptly at 8:00 a.m., February 23, 2017, at the Boulder County Parks and Open Space facility located at 5201 St. Vrain Road.[Map Link]. Immediately following the pre-bid meeting will be a mandatory project site tour of select properties representative of the scope of work for this project. Please allow for a full 8-hour day for the pre-bid meeting and tour. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting and tour.

Transportation will be provided for the tour, please bring a lunch and adequate water for the day. After the tour contractors are welcome to a contractor permit tag to visit additional project sites on their own time, for a period of two (2) weeks. The 14 properties are divided into three groups (North, Central, and South). Contractors may bid on one group or multiple groups.

Bids from firms not represented at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Tour will not be accepted.

All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office atpurchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 8, 2017. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than end of business day, March 15, 2017.
