A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for MARCH 8, 2017. This mandatory meeting will take place from 1:45 p.m. and continue through 5:00 p.m. A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Interested parties are to meet at the Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department office at 5201 St. Vrain Road, Longmont, Colorado, 80503. Bidders will be asked to sign-in; a brief project orientation will be given and instructions for vehicle pooling to the project site will be addressed. Access to site requires driving on a public trail; therefore individual site visits are not permitted.

WRITTEN INQUIRIES:
All inquiries regarding the Bid document shall be submitted, in writing via email, to the Purchasing Office atpurchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2017. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be sent via certified mail, fax or email to all vendors no later than March 13, 2017 by 2:00 p.m. Only questions submitted in writing and subsequently answered in writing can be relied upon.
