A mandatory preproposal conference will be held at the Boulder County Recycling Center located at 1901 63rd. Street, Boulder, CO 80301 at 10:00 A.M. Mountain Time on March 6, 2017. Proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal conference, and site visit will not be accepted.

All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office atpurchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. March 13, 2017. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than March 21, 2017. Only questions posed by attendees of the mandatory pre-proposal conference will be answered.
