A mandatory* pre-bid and site walk will be held at the Jamestown Town Hall at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time, October 19. 2107. Interested parties will meet at the Jamestown Town Hall at 118 Main St., Jamestown, CO 80455. *Bidders that attended the pre-bid conference for James.039 on August 28, 2017, are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.
Please arrive promptly James Canyon Road, leading to Jamestown is under construction and subject to delay. All interested parties must have an employee of their firm sign-in and attend the mandatory pre-bid and site walk meeting.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): For your safety, attendees shall wear closed-toed shoes.
All inquiries regarding this ITB shall be submitted via e-mail to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at email@example.com on, or before, 2:00 PM, October 30, 2017. Clearly indicate James.040 in the subject line. A response from Boulder County Purchasing on behalf of the Town of Jamestown to all inquiries will be sent out to pre-bid meeting attendees before 4:00 PM November 2, 2017. Questions received prior to 2:00 PM, October 23, 2017, will receive a response by 4:00 PM October 26, 2017.
