To continue receiving child care assistance benefits you will need to complete your recertification packet and sign, date and return it to us by the due date.
If you have already turned your packet in and are still receiving this message please contact us at 303-678-6014 or email us at ccap@bouldercounty.org .
You may need to give us proof of any changes in your home, income, activity, and provider. To help us make a quicker decision, please send in proof with your recertification packet. If anything is missing, we will tell you what we need and the date that it is needed. If we don’t get the proof by the due date, you risk a break in care coverage or case closure.
