   1. Broomfield Sponsored: SH 7 Environmental and Preliminary Engineering (Boulder to Brighton)
   2. SH 119 BRT/Managed Lanes - This project will include two applications:
      1. The "Ballot Measure" would be for the full Managed Lane/Bikeway concept
      2. The "No Ballot Measure" would be for the lesser project: 28th Street in Boulder, Coffman in Longmont, and, depending on the results of the FTH analysis and costs, SH 52 queue Jump/Double Left-Turn concept
   3. US 287 BRT Feasibility Study & Intersection Safety Analysis (1st & Main to US 36)
6. Criteria for Subregional Funding
   1. Regional scoring criteria
   2. May add additional criteria to add local priorities
7. Match Commitments
   1. Commitment in principle to using Subregional Funding for match
      1. SH 119: $5 million
      2. SH 7: Up to $2 million
      3. US 287: $150,000
