SH 119 Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Informational Meeting in Niwot

Boulder County Transportation will host a public meeting in order to present information and gather community feedback on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service along SH 119/Diagonal Highway.

What: State Highway 119 BRT Public Meeting
When: Thursday, Dec. 6 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Where: Left Hand Grange – 195 2nd Ave. in Niwot

County staff will provide a brief presentation, answer questions, and gather feedback from the Niwot community about their preferences for BRT routing, station location/alignment/design, parking, connectivity, and travel-ways (shoulder or managed lane). We’ll also provide an update on where RTD is with their current study, the project’s timeline, and how interested parties can stay informed throughout the process.

The meeting will start with an open house were attendees can review visuals and talk with staff. Around 6 p.m., staff will provide a presentation and answer questions.
